Rehearsal for SDB's Romeo et Juliet. Photographer: Manny Rotenburg. Dancers: Stephanie Maiorano & Max Tchernychev. Juliet's signature kneeling arabesque. It is so difficult to express exact emotion with non-pantomimic movement.  That is why I chose to repeat many of the bedroom pas images here. At least the audience understands visually that Juliet is in a similar state of mind as she was before, as she is repeating the same slow deliberate movement phrases.

Daily Stuff  - Happy Mother's Day! My father and I are taking my mom and Karen out to lunch at Karen's favorite mexican lamb restaurant. Rehearsals are going on at the studio for some upcoming community perfornances. Mainly students involved but some company members will also do appearances.
