Different dancers have different body types, personalities, and qualities when they dance. Sometimes when a part is recast, companies will just plop the new dancer into all f the old costumes.

In this case, it was decided that the design of the shift that was previously worn didn't show Stephanie off to her best. So we had her wear the nightgown from a later scene for this pas as well.
