Rehearsal for SDB's Romeo et Juliet. Photographer: Gregory Olive. Dancers: Abby Avery & Max Tchernychev. After dispatching Tybalt, Romeo just crosses downstage into Juliet's "world and simply opens his 'bloody" hand. Although, we don't use any stage blood for this, the audience always seems to get the meaning of the gesture, along with Juliet's reaction to it.

Daily Stuff - A meeting with a local composer today. It went very well. he is trying to create a resource for dancers, teachers, and choreographers to have affordable access to new music. Afterwards, taught a class at SDSB. Thats pretty much it for today :)
